Wiesław P.

Wiesław Pszonka, owner of Amberlan, has been involved in large-scale agriculture, international trade and business management for more than 25 years. He has managed farms and projects in Poland and Belarus, and also gained experience in Ukraine, Australia, the United Kingdom and Bulgaria.

He is responsible for the practical assessment of project viability, work organisation, team management and cost control. He holds a master's degree in agricultural economics and graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

Belarus Market Manager

Aleksandra K.

Aleksandra comes from Belarus and knows the language, culture and realities of doing business in this market. At Amberlan, she supports projects on administrative and organisational matters.

She coordinates documentation, transport and ongoing contact with partners and counterparties. She studies logistics and media administration at the University of Warsaw.

Kazakhstan and Central Asia Market Manager

Andrzej K.

Andrzej was born and raised in Kazakhstan and has been connected with Amberlan since the company's inception. He is responsible for contacts and project delivery across Poland, Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

He gained experience on farms in Kazakhstan and Belarus, organising work and managing teams. He supports clients in partner relations, negotiations and risk assessment in Eastern markets.
