Belitsa-Agro — agricultural enterprise in Belarus

The enterprise is located at 1 Shkolnaya Street in Gonchary, Lida District, Grodno Region.

• 19 km to Lida.
• 21 km to Lida railway station.

The total area is 8,354 ha, including 7,590 ha of agricultural land and 5,459 ha of arable land. The stated soil fertility score is 33.9 overall and 36.6 for arable land.

The land is state-owned and held under permanent use, so the proposal does not assume a land purchase cost.
