By order of 23 January 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved the Agriculture Financing–14 programme. No less than 2.448 billion som at 6% per year was allocated to support the sector, with loans provided through Ajyl Bank and Eldik Bank. The main share of the funds—70%, or approximately 1.71 billion som—goes to livestock farming, while another 20% (489.6 million som) goes to crop production.
