In July 2026, the list of agricultural products whose sale is subject to the zero VAT rate was updated. The relief covers fruit, berries, vegetables and herbs, but does not apply to wheat or cotton. At the same time, the mechanism for refunding VAT paid on seeds, fertilizers, fuel, transport and electricity remains in place.
